Clearing Browser Cache & Cookies the Hard Way
If you’re experiencing issues with our software, it might be because cached data or session cookies have not been cleared properly. Follow these steps to remove the cached files and session cookies entirely.
Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge (Windows & Mac)
- Open the Browser’s Clear Data Settings
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- This will open the Clear browsing data menu.
- Select Advanced Tab (for a More Thorough Cleanup)
- In the pop-up window, go to the Advanced tab.
- Set the Time Range
- Click the Time range dropdown and select All time.
- Select the Following Options:
- ✅ Browsing history (optional)
- ✅ Download history (optional)
- ✅ Cookies and other site data (IMPORTANT)
- ✅ Cached images and files (IMPORTANT)
- ❌ Passwords and other sign-in data (keep unchecked unless necessary)
- ❌ Autofill form data (keep unchecked unless necessary)
- Click "Clear Data"
- Wait for the process to be completed.
- Manually Delete Remaining Cookies for Your SaaS Application
- Type chrome://settings/siteData (Chrome) or edge://settings/siteData (Edge) in the address bar and press Enter.
- In the search bar, type your application's domain name.
- Click Remove All Shown or delete cookies individually.
- Restart Your Browser
- Completely close Chrome/Edge and reopen it.
- Log Back into the Application
- Re-enter your credentials and test if the issue is resolved.
For Users Still Experiencing Issues
If the problem persists, try the following:
- Use Incognito/Private Mode
- Open a new Incognito/Private window and try accessing the site.
- Reset Browser Settings
- Go to chrome://settings/reset (Chrome) or edge://settings/reset (Edge) and click Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Try a Different Browser
- If the issue continues, test with Firefox or another browser to avoid browser-specific problems.
